Replacing the cylinder gasket requires professional operation to avoid affecting engine performance and second-hand value:
Replacement steps: After turning off the engine and cooling down, remove the cylinder head bolts (in diagonal order), clean the contact surface, install new gaskets (pay attention to direction alignment), and tighten bolts 910 in steps according to the specified torque.
Attention: Use a torque wrench to ensure accurate torque; Do not use metal tools to scrape during cleaning; Check the condition of the engine oil and coolant after replacement, and observe if there is any leakage.
Inspection method: It can be judged by detecting the smoke and oil mixture in the exhaust pipe; During professional maintenance, use a cylinder pressure gauge to test the pressure of adjacent cylinders (if it is too low, it indicates that the gasket has burned through)
